Pumpkin Puree

1/2 pumpkin small pumpkin, steamed/roasted
1/8 teaspoon crushed dried rosemary
1/8 teaspoon thyme, ground
1/4 teaspoon salt, Kosher
1 Tablespoon heavy cream

Instructions

Step 1
Place 1 Teaspoon of Pumpkin Puree in a Scoop!.

Step 2
Sprinkle the black sesame seeds on one half of the bite.

Step 3
Repeat with the white sesame seeds on the other side.
